Protein and Omega-3 Overnight Oats!!!

One of the best ways to start a busy day with this overnight oats breakfast!!!
So versatile, easy to prepare the night before and it will keep in the fridge for 3 days, ready to serve with you favourite toppings at breakfast time!!! 🥰💙🍀

RECIPE (for overnight oats 1 serving)
1/2 cup uncooked porridge oats
3 Tbsp of natural plant based yogurt (or any yogurt)
1 cup of plant based milk (or water)
1 Tbsp of ground flaxseeds
1 Tbsp of chia seeds


METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a airtight container. Mix well and put in the fridge overnight and by morning you just have to add your favourite toppings and enjoy it.
In this recipe I used banana, raspberry, peanut butter, dates syrup and pecans.


TIPS: when preparing your breakfast, if you find the overnight oats too thick for your taste, you can add more milk or water.
