
Super easy 3 ingredients crackers! You can use any quinoa available. I’ve used mixed quinoa for this recipe. You will see a change in colour after its cooked, depending on the quinoa you use! Great on its own, or with your favourite spread, like oil free hummus!!! 🥰💙🍀

RECIPE
1 cup of raw quinoa (washed and drained)
1 cup of water
1/2 tsp of miso paste (or salt of your preference)
Favourite seeds or nuts (optional)
METHOD
Turn the oven on at 200 degrees Celsius
Lined up a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the washed quinoa, water and miso into a blender and blend it until a smooth consistency.
Spread it thinly over the parchment paper and if you want add the seeds or nuts you want. Place it into the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your oven. It will change in colour.
Cut it into cracks while it is still warm. Let if cool completely and you can store it in a airtight container.
