RECIPE
425g of Tetra Pak chickpeas or drained and rinsed
1/4 tsp of smoked paprika
1/4 tsp of ground cumin
2 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
Juice of a lemon
60g of tahini
1 tsp of white miso paste
1/4 cup of water (if need it)

METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a food processor a part from the water.
Blend it well and check if it has the desired consistency, if not add a bit of water until you get the result you want. I used 1/4 cup of water for this recipe.
